I’d like to introduce a masterpiece Tsukemen 『TOMONOMOTO』in Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture.
Funabashi is in the west side of Chiba Precture and you may not know about this reagion.
But it is convenient to visit from Tokyo station with Sobu Line.
No words to express this soup and It’s so complexed and delicious.
The feature is “the simple and perfect“.
Please look the pic of the soup.
I know you think it’s too simple and not looks delicious.First time I visited there and see the soup, I did so as well.
But once I took it, I realized this Tsukemen was outstanding compared to ones that I’ve ever had.
Tomonomoto’s Tsukemen is Soy souce based soup and so soft and gentle taste. Its also beautiful and feel modest from there.
Noodles are as it called normal types.
It looks simple as well but quite tasty.
Ingredients are separately served and all of them are awsome!
Only words I’d like to say loud is “this Tsukemen is perfect and beyond Tsukemen. It’s like a art.“
