TOMO is a ramen shop in Akasaka, Minato-ku.
Akasaka has a lot of places which are famous for tourist.You can say it is the center of Tokyo.
TOMO is near Akasaka Station and Tameikesannno station.
TOMO has a characteristic soup and I really like it!
The features of Tsukemen are following.
- The “Agodashi” based sweat and strong soup.
- The awsome ingredients that match the soup.
The soup stands out due to its Agodashi based one.Actually I don’t know much about “Agodashi” but it is different from other shop’s soup!
The ingredients in the soup are good as well!
Mizuna which is on the noodles goes well together.
Usually a “Tsukemen” has strong taste so Mizuna help you to refresh in your mouth.
The noodles fit well together with the soup too.
The noodles of TOMO has some taste in advance and you can feel it if you don’t dip it into the soup.
Amazing soup and ingredients are nice features about this shop.
It must be convenient for you that you can use credit cards ,haha.
It is quite rare for Ramen shop and Tsukemen shop.
