Today I introduce SHONO in Ichigaya.
I’ve been to SHONO serveral times.
Every time I visit there I’m attracted to this “Tsukemen” shop.
SHONO’ strong points are following.
- The soup you can feel Japanese taste.
Compared to the shops which serve simlar type of Tsukemen, SHONO serves more Japanese style soup.
Complex and deep taste!
- Arrangement and looks are amazing.
Not only the good taste but experience it’s self would be wonderful because of the dish’s arramgement and fifure.
I guess the shop keeper want to make us be impressed with stylish presantation.
The soup looks muddy and strong taste.
Actually it’s a little strong but feel gentle.
Once you have experienced this soup, you’d be addicted with it I guess.
To be honest, the noodles don’t have specific features.
They don’t interrupt the soup and good together!
SHONO is located in the center of Tokyo and it’s a convenient to visit there.
I strongly recommend this shop if you want to elegant and stylish Tsukemen!
