about this site

I started this blog to share the wonders of tsukemen, a Japanese noodle dish, with those of you living abroad.

Tsukemen might be less familiar to you compared to ramen, which is generally more well-known.

Tsukemen consists of noodles and soup served separately. The style involves picking up the noodles with chopsticks and dipping them into the soup before eating.

I believe tsukemen is more delicate and provides a deeper sense of Japanese culinary culture.

One of its features is its visual appeal. The depth of the soup and the careful preparation that embodies the essence of Japanese cuisine contribute to this.

When you visit Japan, I highly recommend visiting the tsukemen restaurants featured on this blog.

Just like sushi and tempura, tsukemen is not merely a noodle dish but an integral part of Japanese cuisine.

Please note that this blog only introduces restaurants that I personally find truly delicious. Therefore, the number of articles may not increase frequently. However, I am confident in every single restaurant I recommend.

I hope to share the wonders of tsukemen with as many people as possible.
