One of surprising experience is Tsukemen “KINRYU” at Awajicho.
This shop has several specifics! The soup and The noodles both are interesting and nice.
You can visit there if you’d like to have like wierd type of Tsukemen.
It’s clean inside and nice music flow.
The features of Tsukemen are following.
- The soup is “Konbu based” so completly special one. It’s not Tsukemen soup in my common sence!
- Beatiful noodles look like Japanese Soba and it’s my first time like that type of it.
In general, Japanese Tsukemen soup is poke and fish or chiken based.Although KINRYU’s one is “Knonbu”.
Do you know Konbu?
It’s sea weed and used for “based soup” with general Washoku(Japanese dish).
I was surprised at Konbu Soup!
Please Look at this pic bellow.
It seems it looks different from common Tsukemen’s shop soup.Kinryu’s one is like a delicious miso soup!
The Konbu based soup is a little solty but taste good!
It’s like a soup in some “Washoku” resutaurant. It’s rare type but nice challenge I guess.
The noodles are good with soup. They’re like “Soba”.
I’ve never had such noodles which are similar to Soba.I guess the shop keeper choose this noodles for the “Konbu” based soup.
In conclusion, this shop is new type of Tsukemen and serve kind of Washoku not just Tsukemen.
