INOSHO is my most favorite Tsukemen shop in Japan.
I visit here at least three times in a week when I was a college student.
It’s located in Syakujii-Koen station, Tokyo.
Features are following
- Thick noodles.
- Soup is strong and deep taste.
Most outstanding feature is the soup.So deep and strong!
It’s base is mixed Sea food and pork bones.So complex and tastes good!!
Honestly I’m addicted to this soup!
The noodles are special ones as well.
