Today let me introduce heart warming Tsukemen shop in Myouden, Chiba.Myouden is a station of Tozai Line and it’s a little far from Tokyo.
ANJYUTEI is worth visiting at least one time if you’re interested in Ramen and Tsukemen.
This shop is run by a cute cuple.The husband makes Tsukemen and the Wife serves customers.
The features of Tsukemen are following.
- The sweet and deep dipping soup.
- The smooth noodles that go together well with Tsukemen soup.
The soup is really awsome!Most Tsukemen shops serve deep taste one and that’s common sense among this industry.
On the other hand, ANJYUTEI serves deep and sweet soup. I guess this type is a rare.
In addition the soup has thickness and well mixed with the noodles.
The noodles are as it called normal ones but good.
It looks so smooth and tasty.
